International Terms and Conditions
This agreement encompasses all products and services offered by Lone Mørch and Lolo’s Boudoir, CVR 38397494, Denmark. Before booking please review and accept these terms with an email to lone@lonemorch.com

Deposit and Payment
All sales and agreements are binding once date is confirmed by email. Your full payment affirms your booking. All sales are binding. All booking, payment and communication is done via lone@lonemorch.com.
For accounting purposes, all fees are in Danish Kroner DKK. In Denmark payments are accepted via mobilepay, bank transfer or cash. For international clients bank transfer and web shop via Stribe payments are accepted, Wise, and paypal optional. Danish 25% VAT apply to all purchases. I indicate when included and not included in fee stated.
If you have Tax ID please provide. I cover the merchants fees. Currency exchange rates may oscillate a wee bit.
Photoshoot
For shoots the fee covers the full session including planning, shoot and photo editing. All other costs, ei. transport, make up, location rental is invoiced and paid upon the delivery of your final products. Styling takes place prior to shoot or on location.
Cancellation of Photo Shoot
Re-schedule of session is available free of charge in case of sickness and bad weather. You may change your appointment up to 3 days before. Less than 3 days before, a $100 change fee plus cost incurred apply. A rescheduled shoot overseas must be completed within the photographers availability and travel program. A rescheduled shoot in Denmark must be completed within 3 months. Hereafter, your purchase is lost at no refund.
If the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to illness, fire, earthquake or other causes beyond the control of both parties, fees will be refunded to the Client, and shall have no further liability. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without the fault of the Photographer. In such cases, Lone Morch will do her best to find a solution agreeable to all parties.
Prints and Orders
Lone Mørch shoots both film and digital. For film shoot, film and processing costs will be added to your fee.
Your selected digital photos will be delivers in high-res 300 dpi. For wall art prints larger than 11x14” contact photographer. Photographer will happily refer you to her preferred printers in Denmark and San Francisco.
A low-res photo collection will be sent to you no later than two weeks after your shoot via wetransfer.com. You are required to download to your computer immediately. To re-send your photos it costs $100.
You have 2 weeks to order photos, unless otherwise agreed. You order by email with a list of correct file-numbers.
Additional high-res digital photos with use rights cost $100 / 700 DKK per photo. Bulk discounts available, please ask.
Archival quality art prints and handmade and custom digital designed albums are also available. Lone Mørch will assist you in choosing and creating the loveliest presentations. Ask for information.
Location and transport
All photo sessions take place on location, fx. at your place, outdoors, rented or borrowed locations, hotels, etc. Unless I rent a place, you have the primary responsibility for securing a place, and the rights to photograph there. Travel and transport fees apply. Rates vary depending upon geography.
Copyright and Reproductions
The Photographer own the copyright to all images and resulting photographic materials, and holds the exclusive right to making reproductions for the Client or her own portfolio. The photographer may use the photos for self-promotion and projects, including but not limited to books, exhibits, flyers, postcards and website, unless you/the person make special arrangement with the photographer.
Where nudity or other privacy concerns may be involved, the Photographer holds the right to show photos where no face recognition is possible. However, for you to feel safe to explore and express, the photographer will only use and publicize the photos with the client’s written permission with a signed model release.
Art Photo / Private Client Usage
The Client’s prints are for personal use only, and may not be sold or reproduced in any way. If the Client wants to use the photos for something else, a special release is required and royalties may apply. For any photos posted on private social media, please give Photographer credit with name and website link.
Professional / Commercial Client Usage
For professional portrait packages, the clients may use the agreed photos for promotion on websites, social media and flyers and PR either indefinitely or set period of time. In case of commercial usage or re-sale of photos for book covers, CD cover art, posters and other print matters, additional permission, time frames and fees apply.
If your publisher wants to use your photo for book cover they pays royalties directly to the photographer. The Photographers shall be given credit with name and link to website adjacent to the photograph on publication. Any photos posted on private social media, please give Photographer credit with name and website link.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of all parties and is governed by laws of Denmark. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. By signing this Agreement, the Client releases the Photographer and her legal representatives or assigns from any and all claims or demands arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs, including but not limited to any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. The Client further frees the Photographer from any responsibility for any injury incurred during photography sessions.
Coaching, speaking, workshops
An agreement between the host / you and Lone Mørch is legally binding, when you confirm the agreement by email.
Write your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Indicate whether it is private or as a company.
You receive an invoice shortly thereafter with payment information. Payment due within 8 days.
In case of cancellation or absence from an booked time, it costs 50% of the fee if this has not been notified at least 24 hours before.
In case of Lone Mørch gets ill and needs to cancel, and the session cannot be postponed to new date, payment will be returned immediately.
Session series cards are non-refundable. Also, if you do not want to complete the entire course.
Retreats and workshops: You book by email. Write name, address, phone and email, specify the package or retreat you want, and you will receive an invoice with payment details. Indicate whether it is private or as a company.
If you are prevented from attending a retreat and cancel, the cancellation must be made at least 14 days before the retreat is held in order for you to receive your payment back. If you cancel later than 14 days before the course, you can have your payment transferred to another retreat at lonemorch.com or give your place to another person.
